- 2 canned tuna
- Goat cheese in rolls
- 1 medium sized broccoli
- 4 Eggs
- 200 ml of cooking cream
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Patio de Viana Picual
- Salt
- Black pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 356 º F and extend the shortcrust pastry in a dish and prick it with a fork to prevent it from rising. 10 minutes in the oven.
In a recipient we beat the 4 eggs, we add the minced tuna, the shredded broccoli, the cream and we season it with salt and pepper. Beat the ingredients together and spread them on our dough. Place the goat cheese medallions on top.
25 minutes in the oven; and to finish sprinkle the Patio de Viana Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top to give it the final intense flavour.
